HealthSCAN®
HealthSCAN detects aberrations by analysing individual’s genome by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and DNA chip (SNP array).
HealthSCAN predicts the level of the risks for the manifestation of diseases by analysis/comparison with the database generated by our partner on Asian genomes. Our algorithm calculates a percentage of risks based on 1,000’s variants in 100’s of genes known to be related to specific diseases.
MicrobeSCAN®
MicrobeSCAN decrypts the types and distribution of microorganisms in gastrointestinal tract.
Therawin uses the whole-genome sequencing (WGS) when testing gut microbiome. WGS enhances the detection of microbes with high accuracy. Unlike 16s, this technology reads, tests and interprets the entire DNA sequence ensuring a more comprehensive product.
CancerSCAN®
CancerSCAN is a test for detection of somatic variants by using tumour DNA extracted from cancer tissue through Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)-based Deep Sequencing technology.
Detections of variants with clinical utility and relevant target anti-cancer drugs are reported through genomic analysis of the cancer tissues.
The data generated by this test are very valuable for physicians to provide targeted cancer therapy, and hence personalised treatment to their patients.
LiquidSCAN®
LiquidSCAN is an integrated Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)-based liquid biopsy solution for the detection of aberrations of cancer cells.
Liquid biopsy is being highlighted as an alternative for tissue biopsy due to the lower level of risks incurred by the technology and the possibility of repetitive tests due of its non-invasive nature.
Utilising this liquid biopsy technology, LiquidSCAN is capable of detecting low level of aberrations generated from cancer cells and remaining in circulating blood.
